How To Clean A Terminator Iron Filter Air Injector

I have a Terminator Iron Filter system.  How do I clean my air injector?

Hello Ronny -  

Assuming that you have a Waterite or a DEMA air injector, you can disassemble it pretty easily and soak it all in rust remover, white vinegar or citric acid every year or two depending on usage, then put it back together.  

Eventually it’s good to replace the piece, depending on how old it is, and they aren’t particularly expensive.  We have them here if needed: http://www.cleanwaterstore.com/I2000670.html   

Ideally, the air injector is installed with unions on either side to make it easy to remove from the plumbing.  I hope this helps
