Do You Ship Iron Filters to Bolton Ontario?

Hello - I live in Ontario and have high iron in my well water.  We figured our well flow rate is 5 GPM.  Do you ship iron filters to Canada, and which iron filter would you recommend?  Our water analysis report said: Fe 2.9 ppm, Mn 0.1, pH 7.2, hardness 120 mgl/L.  We don't have a sulphur odor, but the water does have an iron odor to it. Our home has 2 bathrooms, and we have 2 kids, so 4 persons in our house.

Dear Sally,

We definitely do ship to Canada frequently, and have many Canadian customers.

As for filtering the iron and manganese from your well water, we would recommend using a greensand iron filter.  The greensand media is able to oxidize the iron and manganese out of solution, changing them to the solid form, making them filterable.  Once they have been made solid, the particles will be trapped in the media, and washed out when the system goes into backwash.

The greensand filter also uses potassium permanganate to rinse out the media and provide extra oxidation within the filter.   The result of using this filter would be non-staining, clear water.  I am including more information on the equipment below:
