Bacteria Treatment for Mobile Home Park

To Whom It May Concern -  I have a well in a mobile home park that has tested positive for coliform bacteria, but no e-coli.  There are about 28 residents and 10 homes.  What is the best cure for this?  Thank you.

One of the best ways to eliminate bacteria for commercial applications like your mobile park is to use chlorine injection treatment.  I do have a few questions in order to make a recommendation-

Generally a chlorination system will consist of a chlorine pump, a solution tank, and a retention vessel to get adequate mixing.

See this diagram here of a typical chlorine injector set up on a water well with a contact tank:

Please let us know the flow rate, PSI and pipe size and feel free to give us a call to discuss, and we would be glad to offer a recommendation.
