Thank you for your phone call yesterday. As you had requested, I’ve compiled a list below of systems that could be installed together as a package to treat odor, bacteria, iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, sediment, and organic compounds in a variety of water sources. The system consists of a low-maintenance, non-electric chlorine pellet feeder which is extremely easy to transport, install and maintain.
Then the water would be sent through a large 80-gallon contact tank to give the chlorinated water time to react, ensuring disinfection and oxidation of minerals like iron and manganese. Next would come the filtration in the form of a 5-micron sediment backwash system, and finally a backwashing carbon filter, but of which are self-cleaning and don’t require any filter cartridge changing.
