Chlorine Removal and Salt Free Conditioning

Dear sir,

I live in Los Angeles and I need to conserve water as we are on water rationing.  I want to remove chlorine but don’t want to waste water or get a water softener.   Can you recommend something to remove chlorine and help with our hard water problem as well?   There is just two of us in the home.

Dear Fred,

We would recommend the Scale Stopper to treat your problems with water hardness. This system does not produce any waste water, making it ideal for the water rationing that you are currently experiencing.

A salt-free conditioner is actually a great alternative to traditional water softener systems.  It doesn’t remove the hardness, so it doesn’t quite feel like zero-hardness-water does. Water treated with our scale stopper does not feel slippery. You won't have to spend money on salt or make the effort of periodically adding salt into your system. The Scale Stopper does do a great job of preventing scale buildup by transforming the calcium and magnesium hardness minerals into inactive Nano crystal particles. This way, nothing is added to your water and nothing is added to it. The minerals will still be there, but they will no longer cause hardness of your water.
For the removal of chlorine from your water, we recommend an Uplow Carbon Filter system. It can be used along with the Scale Stopper without any problems. See the product overview below or click on the links for more information.

Scale Stopper Salt-Free System 4.0 Liter, 12gpm:

Scale Stopper Salt-Free System 4.0 LiterSystem comes complete with 1” bypass, pipe connectors, and 4.5 liters of Filtersorb SP3 media.

Also includes a free prefilter 10” sediment filter cartridge to improve tastes and odors and to protect the Filtersorb media.

Green alternative to water softener.  Maximum flow of 16 gallons per minute.   When the inlet water goes into the water conditioner tank, the Scale Stopper media acts as a catalyst and pulls the hardness minerals of calcium and magnesium out of the solution and transforms these minerals into inactive Nano crystal particles.
