I have a problem with hard water and iron. Our well has always had hard water, lately there is some iron as well. See my attached water test results (pH 7.2, iron 1.8 ppm, hardness 12 grains per gallon). I don’t have any sulfur smell (except occasionally in the hot water heater) or manganese, as far as I can tell. What do you recommend?
One great option for resolving your issues with iron and turbidity is with our backwashing Pro-OX iron filter. Here’s how it works:
